The Youth Green Leaders Programme invests in the next generation of environmental stewards. Young people aged 18–30 receive training in conservation leadership, project management, and green entrepreneurship.
Participants design and implement community action projects — from school garden initiatives to waste management campaigns — gaining practical experience while delivering tangible environmental benefits. Graduates of the programme have gone on to lead local environmental clubs and start green businesses.
The programme prioritizes gender balance, with at least 50% female participation in each cohort.
