Climate-Smart Agriculture Training Workshop
A hands-on workshop for farmers on drought-tolerant crops, water-efficient irrigation, and sustainable soil management.
This two-day workshop provides practical training for smallholder farmers on climate-smart agriculture techniques tailored to Puntland's conditions. Topics include selecting drought-tolerant seed varieties, setting up drip irrigation, composting, and crop rotation strategies.
Participants will visit demonstration plots, receive starter seed kits, and connect with the Danwadaag Agricultural Association farmer network. The workshop is free and open to all registered farmers in the Mudug region.
